¿Como se sale del agua y se trepa en el UltimaXI

Veréis acabo de empezar el ultimaIX y me pasa una cosa muy tonta
Como no explican los controles salvo andar y coger cosas no se con que tecla se trepa. Me refiero a echar las manos para salir del agua o trepar por unas piedras ¿Haber si alguien le a jugado y me lo puede decir?

Aqui te pongo la lista de todos los comandos:
Eso si, esta en ingles, que no los encontre en español ( ni creo que existan).
Lo que tu preguntabas para salir del agua con saltar ( espacio) o trepar ( letra c).
Todo esto esta en el archivo options.ini, que creo que puedes editar para configurar los controles a tu gusto ( Hace tiempo que no juego y no me acuerdo bien).
